In the Lodge
Wapiti Ballroom A, B, C and Patio
The 3000 sq-ft Wapiti Ballroom accommodates up to 208 people and with a variety of room set-ups for large groups or breakout meetings. Elegant, soundproof dividing walls separate the room into as many as three meeting spaces. When you book the Wapiti, you can choose to have access to both a spacious crush lobby that provides ample room for registrations, receptions or trade-show tables, and a walk-out patio that overlooks the Elk Ridge Pond.
White Tail Ballroom A & B
At 700 square feet, the intimate setting of the White Tail Ballroom is ideal for smaller conventions and meetings. This ballroom, which holds up to 56 people, also divides into two separate spaces. Booking this room also gives you the choice of accessing the lobby and the patio.

Heritage Pavilion
The outdoor Heritage Pavilion offers an informal and natural gathering space. A relaxed setting for corporate barbeques, weddings, and golf tournaments, the Pavilion offers fresh and innovative fare developed exclusively by the resort's chefs. The Heritage Pavilion accommodates up to 225 people and remains open from May 1st to September 30th.
The Gazebo
The gazebo provides a quaint summer setting overlooking the pond. It's ideal for smaller, unique events of up to 25 people.
Pond Patio
The Pond Patio is a breathtaking outdoor setting perfect for a summer wedding at Elk Ridge. This relaxed, outdoor setting is ideal for both intimate or informal gatherings of up to 250 people.
