Friday @ 7pm  | Epicurean Reception in Wapiti

A sampling of appetizers, wine tasting courtesy of Andrew Peller Estates and spirit tasting courtesy of Lucky Bastard Distillers. 

Michael Valaitis, Director of Food and Beverage will provide a mixology demonstration and tasting.

Saturday @ 11:30am | Cooking Demonstration in Wapiti

This year we will be doing two stations and guests will have an opportunity to observe both and try the techniques demonstrated for both. 

One station will be “Elk Tartare” and the other “Oysters” there will be both raw and cooked options for this. 

Saturday @ 6pm | Cocktail Hour in Fireside

Fireside will open for attendees to come socialize and have a cocktail should they do choose prior to dinner.

Saturday @ 6:30pm | 5 Course Dinner in Fireside

Chef and the culinary team at Elk Ridge will provide a 5 Course Culinary Experience for guests of Epicurean Weekend including wine pairings and live music provided by Heidi Munroe
