Menus to suit your dietary needs
Upon Confirmation of your Wedding at Elk Ridge Resort, we are pleased work alongside you with any personal preferences, dietary restrictions, or budget needs, in order to create the perfect menu offering. Please keep in mind all food and beverage prices, service charges, and taxes will be confirmed by the resort no more than two (2) months prior to the event.
- All prices are subject to applicable taxes, and a service charge of 18% will be added to all food and beverage services.
- Elk Ridge Resort is the sole provider of all food and beverage items. The only exception is wedding cake.
- In accordance with Public Health Regulations, the resort prohibits guests from removing any food or beverage products after a function.
All alcoholic beverages at Elk Ridge Resort are served in accordance with provincial liquor laws. Last call at 12:00am, last drink served at 12:30am, music off and guests are asked to leave the banquet facilities at 1:00am. Any alcoholic beverages consumed in licensed areas must be purchased and sold by the hotel. A $500 charge will be assessed if outside liquor is brought into our banquet facilities. A bartender fee of $20/hour for a minimum of four hours will be charged if the bar revenue is less than $250.00.
Elk Ridge Resort assumes no responsibility for wedding cakes. We will provide cooler space to store wedding cakes but handling of the cake is to be the responsibility of the client. Elk Ridge Resort would be pleased to provide cake cutting and plating service for a fee of $1.50 per guest not including taxes and gratuity.
