Yellowtail tuna tartar infused with ginger and wasabi on a bed of ripe avocado, served with wontons
Mini wedge salad with candied bacon, goat cheese, toasted almonds, and figs topped with carrot and ginger dressing (GF)
2nd Course - Choice of:
Grilled eggplant with lavender jasmine rice with toasted pumpkin seed and raisins (Vegan, GF)
Confit quail with roasted fall corn and cauliflower sauce (GF)
