Seasonal RV leases in the boreal forest, walking distance to the golf course, minutes from Prince Albert National Park

A summer spot in the boreal forest

The Elk Ridge Seasonal RV Park is for campers who want to plant their site for the whole summer. Pick your spot, leave your RV in place, and come and go all season long. You’re tucked into the boreal forest, a short walk from the golf course, the pool, and the rest of the resort. Waskesiu and Prince Albert National Park are about 8 minutes north, with the lake, the trails, and the townsite within easy reach.

It’s a different kind of stay than our cabins or cottages. There’s no nightly booking and no checking in and out every weekend. You sign a seasonal lease, pull in when the season opens, and the site is yours all summer long.

How leases work

Book an RV Site

We offer two seasonal lease options:

One-year lease. A single summer season at Elk Ridge.

Five-year lease. Lock in the same site for five summers, with a $5,000 savings over five one-year leases.

Both leases include the same benefits, listed below. The five-year option suits campers who already know they want to make Elk Ridge their summer home and would rather lock in the site and the savings up front.

What’s included with every lease

Every seasonal lease at the Elk Ridge RV Park includes:

  • A $500 Elk Ridge Resort gift card each year of your lease (use it on dining, golf, the spa, gift cards, or accommodations for visiting family)
  • 10 rounds of golf at Elk Ridge each year, walking (cart not included)
  • Full access to resort amenities, including the saltwater pool and the gym (subject to availability)

Gift cards and golf rounds expire at the end of each season, so the benefits reset every year of a multi-year lease.

Your summer at Elk Ridge

A typical summer at the RV park looks something like this. Mornings on the golf course or out on the Waskesiu trails. Afternoons at the pool, or on the lake, or on the patio with a cold drink. Dinner at Fredrich Inspired Kitchen + Cocktails when you don’t feel like cooking, or the gas BBQ at your site when you do. Evenings around the campfire, with the boreal forest doing what the boreal forest does in July. The next morning, you do it again.

The pace is yours. The site is yours. You don’t have to plan it the way you’d plan a vacation, because you’re not visiting. You’re spending the summer.
