The townhouses at Elk Ridge are built for the kind of stay where you want to settle in. Cook your own breakfast, run a load of laundry, sit by the fire after a long day outside. They are our most home-like accommodation: modern finishes, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, in-suite laundry, and enough space for a family or a group of friends to spread out without getting in each other’s way.
You will find them in the boreal forest just off the golf course, a short drive from the Waskesiu townsite and Prince Albert National Park. We have two townhouse layouts to choose from. Elegant and modern, the 2 Bedroom Townhouse suits a family or group of friends who want privacy and the ease of home. The kitchen is fully equipped, right down to a dishwasher and a corkscrew for that bottle of red by the fire, and there is a spacious wooden deck with a BBQ for slow evenings outside. It is a comfortable fit for smaller groups who like to cook, unwind, and settle in.

If you like the idea of modern living in the heart of the boreal forest, the 3 Bedroom Townhouse gives you the best of both. Inside you have the comforts of home, including a full kitchen with a dishwasher and an in-suite washer and dryer, while outside the forest is yours to explore. With an extra bedroom, it suits larger families or independent groups who want room to do their own thing.

As a townhouse guest, you have full access to the resort.
The saltwater pool, hot tub, and gym are included in your stay, as well as an assortment of seasonal activities to explore.
Our 27-hole golf course, driving range, and putting green are available for additional fees, as are activities run by our partners: Treeosix Adventure Parks, Lake Country Rentals, and Drift Spa & Wellness.

Elk Ridge Lodge The central hub for check-in, dining, and spa services.

What’s not included: Cots aren’t available in our townhouses, cabins, or cottages. Each townhouse lists its maximum sleep capacity above. If you need to sleep more people than a townhouse holds, give us a call, and we’ll help you find a fit.
Some townhouses are pet-friendly and some are not. If you are travelling with a pet, please call the resort at 1-306-663-4653 before booking so we can confirm a pet-friendly townhouse is available for your dates. A nightly pet fee applies. Pets staying in a townhouse that is not designated pet-friendly will result in a $250 deep cleaning fee.
The 3 Bedroom Townhouse. It sleeps up to eight across two queen bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The 2 Bedroom sleeps up to six.
Both come with full kitchens, in-suite laundry, and a gas fireplace. The townhouses are our most modern, home-like option and include a dishwasher, which the cottages don’t. The cottages have more architectural variety: vaulted ceilings, lofts, separate shower and tub layouts. If you want the most house-like feel, choose a townhouse. If you want a bit more cottage character, look at the cottages.
