They sit tucked into the boreal forest at the edge of the resort, in the Resort Village of Elk Ridge, with the golf course, the spa, the restaurants, and the trail network of Prince Albert National Park all part of daily life.
This isn’t a holiday rental. It’s the opportunity to build something of your own here, on land that’s been thoughtfully developed and serviced, in a community where neighbours know each other. Some lot owners live at Elk Ridge year-round, while others come up for the summer and head south for the winter. Either works. The land is yours, the home is yours, and the rest of the resort is right outside your door.
The pace of a year at Elk Ridge moves with the seasons. In summer, you can walk to a tee time, drop into Fredrich for dinner, or head 8 minutes north into Waskesiu for the lake, the beach, and the marina. In the fall, the boreal forest turns gold, and the courses quiet down. In winter, the trails are yours for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, with snowmobile trails leading out into the surrounding forest. In spring, everything starts again.
As an Elk Ridge resident, you have the resort on your doorstep without the obligation of being a guest. You can use the amenities when you want them and enjoy the quiet of the forest when you don’t.

Each lot is title property, fully serviced with telephone, natural gas, electricity, treated water, and sewer. You’re buying the land outright and are free to build on it within the village’s design and setback guidelines.
The Resort Village of Elk Ridge is its own municipality with its own elected council. Day-to-day services like roads, snow clearing, and waste management are handled at the village level, separate from the resort itself.
