Fredrich Inspired Kitchen + Cocktails serves a three-course Thanksgiving menu over the long weekend, available nightly after 5 PM from October 9th through 11th.
Adults $75 + tax. Kids 10 & under $35 + tax. Reservations are recommended.
APPETIZER (choice of one)
Late Harvest Chowder - local corn, creme fraiche, chives
Autumn Salad - artisan greens, roasted pumpkin seeds, golden beets, radish, herb cauliflower rice, maple apple vinaigrette
MAIN
Traditional Turkey Dinner - roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, buttered turnips, steamed brussels sprouts and carrots, stuffing, cranberry sauce, gravy
DESSERT (choice of one)
Warm Sticky Toffee Pudding - served with vanilla bean ice cream
Pumpkin Pie - served with whipped cream
