Fredrich Inspired Kitchen + Cocktails serves a three-course Thanksgiving menu over the long weekend, available nightly after 5 PM from October 9th through 11th. The patio looks out over the forest, there is a fire pit to settle in beside, and the kitchen works with local ingredients wherever it can.
Reservations are recommended.

Local corn, crème fraîche, chives
Artisan greens, roasted pumpkin seeds, golden beets, radish, herb cauliflower rice, maple apple vinaigrette
Roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, buttered turnips, steamed carrots, stuffing, cranberry sauce, gravy

Thanksgiving dinner is part of Hearth & Gather Weekend, our Thanksgiving long weekend at the resort, which also includes a welcome tote, a cookie decorating class, a petting zoo and pony rides, a campfire s’mores social and an autumn movie night.
